For families wanting comfort!

I really appreciated the comfy beds and the free desserts! The location was solid, just a quick walk from the subway.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but acceptable.

poor service

disappointing timing

i almost wanted to leave a glowing review, but i just couldn’t overlook the fact that check-in is flatly at 4pm, even for those arriving early, and no one was at the front desk when we needed help.

Cleaning could be improved!!! Filthy carpets and neglected air ventilation make for an uncomfortable stay!!! Maintenance of room details clearly lacking and it seems the hotel cares little for upkeep!!!

The double room was pretty spacious for Japanese standards, super clean, and the comfy beds made sleeping easy. The check-in process was a breeze with the machine, which I loved. Just a bummer that breakfast wasn’t included. Also, the bathroom setup was modern and had plenty of hot water. Perfect for a nice bath after a day of exploring! The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the subway and Nishiki market.

great location

stayed at m's hotel gojo odawara for 3 nights and the room was massive with a super comfy bed. the free wi-fi was excellent and i really appreciated the keypad entry system for added security. it’s just a short walk to nishiki market, making it super convenient for exploring. i also loved how close it was to karasuma station for trips to osaka and arashiyama.

The location was quiet and super close to the busy marketplace! loved the automated check-in process, it was super convenient though having some staff would’ve helped with local info.

The lack of luggage storage was inconvenient at times.

I had a pleasant stay here. The automated check-in was a breeze, making my arrival smooth. Although I found the room a bit noisy, the comfy bed made up for it. For future guests, bring earplugs and enjoy the short walk to Nishiki Market!
